Back during the Jesus movement on April 20, 1973 I was born again at the age of 19. It was in a midweek church service in Goshen, Indiana at Zion Chapel that I became a Christian. In 1983 the Lord directed me to move to Topeka, Kansas and serve at Open Way Church where I still currently attend and serve as an elder. Then on May 17, 2001 I responded to the invitation of the Lord to a life of full time intercession. I still remember vividly the divine tension of leaving my secular job and walking through the doors of the then modular trailers on Grandview Road to begin my journey into day and night prayer at IHOPKC.

Here at IHOPKC, I serve in the NightWatch as a Prayer Leader. I also help lead the NightWatch section of the Healing/Soaking Prayer Department in the Prayer Room. On October 25, 2016, I will celebrate my twelve year anniversary since joining the IHOPKC NightWatch. I also lead several teams of young people in the prayer room where we focus on praying for the church in Kansas and the South Pacific. We pray that God will awaken His watchmen and birth day and night prayer in many cities here and there.

I still drive to Topeka, Kansas every Sunday morning attending Open Way Church’s 10am service. I currently serve as the Director of the Topeka House of Prayer (THOP), which meets every Friday night and is hosted at the Open Way Church at 200 NW Gordon Street, 66608.
Known affectionately as the "NightWatch Dad" I'm seeing just how profound the power of a godly father is to this generation. We need healthy and godly father figures giving our kids guidance; don't you agree?

In 2006 I was invited to join a group traveling with George Otis Jr to the Island Nation of Fiji where I witnessed how prayer based on II Chronicles 7:14 is bringing Transformation and healing of the land. For those of you not familiar with what the Lord is doing in these areas, it is a supernatural transformation of individual hearts, government, the land, and even the coral reefs were brought back overnight from being dead to teeming with life. The cry of my heart is for Topeka, Kansas to be transformed in this way.

God has led me back to the South Pacific for ministry trips to Papua New Guinea, Vanutua, and the Solomon Islands in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017.

I would love to come share my Powerpoint slide show presentations and share some inspirational God stories with your church or House of Prayer and prayer and justice!
